Ingredients:
- Preheat the oven to 180oc, and place 4 of the peppers on a tray with a drizzle of oil and cook for 25 mins.
- Finely dice the shallots, red peppers, chilli and tempeh.
- Sweat down the shallots, chilli and red peppers until translucent.
- Then add the garlic.
- Add the spices and cook out for a few mins.
- Then add the tempeh and stir all together.
- Once the peppers have been roasted, leave them to cool and then blend them up.
- Add the mix into the pan and reduce and incorporate it all together.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Cook the pasta and stir into the sauce.
