Mooli Kimchi and KFT Tempeh Tacos

Serves: 12 tacos

Ingredients:
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 500g Fresh KFT Tempeh (you lose weight once cooked and cooled down)
  • 1 cup mooli kimchi
  • 65g chopped coriander
  • 65g chopped red onion
  • 65g salsa

Cooking instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the 190oc, and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Crumby the KFT Tempeh into a bowl, almost a mincemeat like texture using your hands. Then add some oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the tempeh onto the lined baking tray, spread it out evenly and bake for 10-15mins until golden and crispy. Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool down naturally.
  4. Heat the tortillas according to package directions.
  5. Top each tortilla with mooli kimchi, KFT tempeh, coriander, red onion, and salsa.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Garnish with a few fresh leaves for coriander
