- Preheat the oven to the 190oc, and line a tray with baking paper.
- Crumby the KFT Tempeh into a bowl, almost a mincemeat like texture using your hands. Then add some oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the tempeh onto the lined baking tray, spread it out evenly and bake for 10-15mins until golden and crispy. Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool down naturally.
- Heat the tortillas according to package directions.
- Top each tortilla with mooli kimchi, KFT tempeh, coriander, red onion, and salsa.
- Serve immediately.
- Garnish with a few fresh leaves for coriander
