Roast potatoes


A super simple icon list element.
1kg Maris pipers
150ml oil
4 cloves crushed garlic
2 sprigs rosemary
Half bunch thyme

Finish of your Tempeh wellington roast with The Connoisseaur's crispy roast potatoes

  1. Peel and cut potatoes.

2. Preheat oven to 220oc

3. Place them in a saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a simmer.

4. Will take 10-15 mins, want the potatoes soft on the outside. Drain gently from the pan. Leave to cool down.

5.Place the tats inside the tray of oil. Roast for 45 mins. Check and shake the tray often.

6.Just before there ready, chuck in the herbs and garlic for a few mins, to infuse the potatoes

7.Drain and season.
