We have developed a unique blend of herbs and spices that we add to our OG Tempeh prior to fermentation. This allows the poultry flavours to infuse deeply into our Organic Italian Soybeans, ready to rock your world. Trust us, even Colonel Sanders would be proud of this one.
This highly delicious & nutritious block of Tempeh provides flavourful satisfaction, serving as the perfect chicken alternative to any sarnie, stir-fry, or comfort dish you have in mind.
Our fresh Tempeh has been cultured in London using traditional Tempeh making techniques, learning from our Tempeh master in Indonesia.

Cooking instructions
- Remove Tempeh block from packaging, cut into desired pieces. Either cubes or even slices and season with a little salt.
- Cook in a frying pan with a little oil until the tempeh is golden brown and crispy. Will take a few minutes on each side.
- Another method is to cook in a preheated oven at 200°C. Cut the tempeh, season with a little salt and add a little oil and bake for 5-10mins. Flip over half way through cooking.
- Add to your favourite meal and enjoy

Your Tempeh is fermented upon order to ensure you always get the freshest Tempeh in town. Order before 12pm on Monday and receive your fresh ferments on Thursday. Order before 12pm on Wednesday and receive your fresh ferments on Saturday.
