We create an amazing spiced sauce that we cook our minced Organic fresh Tempeh and portobello mushrooms in to develop a meaty base without the meat. Leaving you with a fantastic richly spiced stew that will have your guests coming back for more!

Connor has used his training from The Ritz to do all the hard work for you, whether you serve it with rice,in tacos or loaded on nachos, it will delight the crowd.

Cooking instructions

  • Remove the Tempeh Chilli Non Carne from the freezer. Place into the fridge to naturally thaw out.
  • Once thawed out, pour the mix into a pan and heat up gently until a required temperature of 75°C or hotter.
  • Another option is to put the frozen mix straight in a saucepan with a little splash of water. Place a lid on and heat through until the mix is defrosted and becomes piping hot, about 75°C.
  • Then serve the Chilli with rice, or fill tacos to the brim with it.
  • Plate up and enjoy.

Ingredients: Organic SOY Tempeh (rhizopus culture, rice flour), mushrooms, tomato, onion, garlic, red pepper, paprika, cayenne, cumin, chocolate, marmite (BARLEY, WHEAT, OATS, RYE), vegetable juice concentrate, vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B12, folic acid), natural flavouring (contains CELERY) salt.

Your Tempeh is fermented upon order to ensure you always get the freshest Tempeh in town. Order before 12pm on Monday and receive your fresh ferments on Thursday. Order before 12pm on Wednesday and receive your fresh ferments on Saturday.
